Can an old uniform become a meaningful, beautifully crafted bag?

We believe it can.

Launched by V VISIONARY DESIGN STUDIO in 2021, Look Cool. Do Good is a social innovation project that transforms recycled uniforms into unique upcycled pieces — combining sustainability, design, and storytelling.

The first phase, supported by Maryknoll Convent School Foundation in 2022, marked the project’s beginning: preserving memories, reducing waste, and redefining value.

Co-created by students and an artisan team of local women empowered by the YWCA, each bag reflects intergenerational collaboration and care.

100 one-of-a-kind bags were created, each hand-embroidered with love and purpose.
